We want you to be happy with My Pet Journal. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our Pro subscriptions.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal if required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) and where the subscription has not been substantially used.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time outside of the cases described above.
How to Request a Refund
Email support from the email address associated with your account, including the date of purchase and reason for the request. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
